Maintenance may cause bulk email disruptions this weekend

Information Resources & Technology will be replacing the back-end tool used to internally route bulk email during the weekend of August 8.

This maintenance has the potential to cause disruptions to bulk email services, including but not limited to:

- Rowan Announcer: Daily Digest & Extra Edition
- Rowan Mailing Lists Service (Sympa)
- Student-Directed Mailing Lists
- RIMS Email Lists
- Exchange Distribution Groups

You may be unable to send or receive email via those methods from Saturday, August 8, at 9 a.m. through Sunday, August 9, at 9 p.m. Due to the nature of this maintenance, there is also the possibility of intermittent interruptions to bulk email services after this weekend, though we are working to minimize extended interruptions.
