Network outages due to maintenance on 1-10-2025

Information Resources & Technology will be performing maintenance that will intermittently affect access to network resources on Friday, January 10, from 10 p.m. to midnight.

During that two-hour maintenance window, you may be intermittently unable to access the internet from wireless and wired networks on-campus. You may also experience intermittent issues accessing most Rowan applications and websites, including our single sign-on system, Citrix (access.rowan.edu), Rowan NetID, Banner, Canvas and rowan.edu, from on or off campus.

We will also be conducting testing throughout the weekend. While we do not expect further outages, there is the possibility of intermittent interruptions on Saturday, January 11, and Sunday, January 12.

This scheduled maintenance affects: Banner (Self-Service Banner (ssb.rowan.edu), Banner Administrative Pages (banner9.rowan.edu/applicationNavigator/seamless)), Internet, Networking & Phones (WiFi (RowanSecure, RowanWiFi & Eduroam), Wired (RowanSecure)), Virtual Desktops & Applications in Citrix (access.rowan.edu) (Academic Desktop, Employee Desktop), and Canvas (canvas.rowan.edu), Single Sign-On Service (login.rowan.edu/cas).
